Clinical Intern
Connection and being truly understood sit at the core of my work as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. I believe therapy is where the real work begins. Together, we’ll create a space that invites curiosity, bravery, and insight to support meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples seeking clarity in themselves and their relationships, often during periods of transition, uncertainty, or emotional disconnection.
My approach is relational and attachment-focused, with an emphasis on exploring generational patterns, early relational experiences, and the moments that have shaped how you move through the world. Together, we examine the stories you have inherited and the ones you have written for yourself, identifying which still serve you and which may be ready to be reshaped, released, or gently accepted. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about creating space to understand yourself more fully and compassionately.
Autonomy is central to my work. I believe lasting change happens when you feel empowered to make choices that align with your values, needs, and sense of self. My role is not to direct your path, but to walk alongside you, helping you build insight, confidence, and clarity so you can move forward in ways that feel authentic and self-led. I strive to create a space that is collaborative, grounded, and free of judgment, and I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to support accessibility and comfort.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy nerding out on books, spending time with my greyhounds, hiking Colorado trails, fishing when I need to slow down, and teaching spin classes. These outlets keep me balanced, connected, and present.
If you are seeking a therapist who values depth, autonomy, and meaningful connection, I would be honored to support you in your therapeutic journey.
