About Natalie

As human beings, we are all the complex result of our most important relationships and our countless unique lived experiences. They shape who we are in beautiful ways, but there can also be deep-rooted hurt or damage impacting our ability to show up as our fullest selves. You may feel stuck, disconnected, unsure of how to move forward, or simply curious about yourself and your relationships in a deeper way. Whatever has brought you here, it will be met with compassion and an open mind.

In my approach to therapy, I’ll view you as the expert of your own inner world and as someone capable of incredible growth with the right support. Together, we will explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, and the systems you exist within may be shaping your present life. I keep trauma and relational dynamics in mind throughout the process, whether I am working with individuals or couples. Depending on your needs, I may integrate approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, or the Gottman Method to support your goals.

In our sessions, I strive to create an environment that feels warm, collaborative, and genuine. I enjoy working with couples who care deeply about one another yet feel caught in painful cycles or disconnected in sex and intimacy, as well as individuals navigating complex trauma, family dynamics, life transitions, or identity exploration. Healing often begins when we can be our most vulnerable and feel truly understood, and whether this is all brand new to you, or you’ve been in the world of therapy for years, I’ve been in your shoes. I know what a challenge it can be, and I am committed to walking alongside you through this journey.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my fiancé and my cute, entertaining, and occasionally annoying pet parrot. I’m at my happiest when my free time has a nice balance of travel, enjoying the company of friends, and staying active, while also being a bit of a book- and TV-show-obsessed homebody.
